DudeSpin's primary rules are set out in its Terms and Conditions. Before creating an account on the site and joining the community, AU players must accept these terms — the following are the most important points:
- You must be 18+ years old; if not, DudeSpin will ban your account;
- DudeSpin won’t send your personal information (banking, passport, and other details) to third parties;
- Self-excluded gamblers aren’t allowed to create a casino account (it entails a ban);
- The platform doesn’t allow you to deposit stolen money;
- You aren’t liable for malfunctions of your device or your internet provider;
- You are obligated to declare only accurate information during DudeSpin registration;
- You must carefully explore the Terms and Conditions page before creating a DudeSpin account (remember that you agree to it).
DudeSpin reserves the right to change these and other T&Cs. If that happens, the site will notify you, and we suggest you review all the changes that have been made.

Rules on Sports
Sports betting is a significant DudeSpin section, and it follows specific rules. Here are the main ones to consider:
- DudeSpin accepts bets on different lines grouped into singles, combined wagers, and multiples.
- Even though DudeSpin may change pre-match and live odds, you receive a payout based on the odds you wagered on.
Furthermore, DudeSpin has separate bet rules for specific sports. For instance, if you wager on basketball and the match isn’t completed, the bookmaker returns all the wagers.
Responsible Gaming
DudeSpin cares about its clients’ mental health and encourages them to gamble responsibly. It shares basic information about gambling addiction on its Responsible Gaming page, outlining the symptoms of a problem.
To help identify an addiction, DudeSpin provides 10 questions. If a player answers positively to 5 or more of them, they should take gambling more seriously and impose restrictions as DudeSpin recommends:
- Consider gambling solely as a recreational activity (it must not be treated as a source of income).
- Manage your budget according to the amount you can afford to spend daily, weekly, or monthly on gambling. Carefully allocate your gambling time.
- Don’t chase losses; if you’ve lost multiple bets in a row, it’s best to take a break.
If a player’s gambling gets out of control, they can impose restrictions on their account. By contacting DudeSpin support, anyone can request daily/weekly/monthly payment limits or complete account termination.
Risk Disclosure
When wagering at DudeSpin, you risk losing your money. Most of the DudeSpin games are RNG-based, which means you can’t influence the round’s outcome and are subject to the rules of chance. Therefore, consider this risk disclosure when registering on the site.
Refund Policy
DudeSpin refund policy applies in 2 cases. First, within 24 hours after depositing if the cash hasn’t been wagered.
Secondly, DudeSpin promises to consider a refund within 30 days if a transaction is made by a person other than an account owner. During such appeals, you agree to provide a notarized identification of one’s identity. If such identification isn’t provided within 30 days, DudeSpin has the right to suspend your account and forfeit its balance.
